We take a systemic approach to owning and living shared values, challenging behavioural norms, and having powerful conversations that build lasting commitment and authenticity. A short series of half-day offsites design a powerful alliance and a shared set of core values as part of an intentional company culture.
Involving the team in eliciting our values was illuminating, and sometimes challenging. We defined behaviours that honoured each value which help us be more accountable to each other. Our values help with decision making, managing relationships and performance management. They also help us decide what to say yes to, and when to say no.
Work is needed when:
1:1 entry conversations identify the key themes within the system, and provide a framework for the work. Perspectives are explored, education around conflict may be needed. A bespoke programme is designed to explore the intelligence that exists, and ways the system can move forward in stronger relationship.
We worked with Liz on our leadership team’s relationship; hearing about our journeys, expectations, how we each felt, and where the business was heading. To really see and hear the other person has allowed us to be both vulnerable and brave in the way we made decisions and took the business forward.
